The enacted text of Public Law 119-111, approved September 18, 2026, has two divisions. Division A imposes sanctions, restrictions, and import duties with respect to the Russian Federation, sets waiver and termination procedures, and extends the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 to 2031. Division B extends the educator expense deduction to early childhood educators.
